Frequently Asked (e-Design) Questions
What if I don’t know my design style?
Knowing your design style is not something we require from you. That’s what we’re here for! If you have a certain idea of what you like or have images to share, simply send us an email explaining what it is you are envisioning for you space and what it is about the particular images you’ve shared that strikes your fancy and we’ll take it from there.
My budget is not very large. Can you still help me?
Absolutely. A single concept board package includes two concept boards and will range in price to suit all budget requirements.
Do I have to purchase the products myself?
Once you are sent the concept boards, sources and pricing, and provided your final consultation with your designer, you will be required to purchase your furnishings, decor, and accessories and set them up in your space.
Where do you source your furnishings and decor from?
We source our products from a wide variety of vendors so that you are getting personalized selections to suit your individual style needs.
I’ve found a few items I would like to use in my space. Can you incorporate them?
Of course! There is nothing more important to us than making sure the end result is a space that not only looks beautiful but also reflects who YOU are. Please let your designer know via email if you would like specific products to be used in your design.
How much input will I have with the concept boards you provide?
We offer online consultations via email so that you can feel comfortable asking questions and getting all the information you need from your designer. Your designer may have varying business hours depending on your location, so keep that in mind if you don’t hear back immediately. Professionalism and open-communication with our clients is one of the things we pride ourselves on.
Can I request more than two concept boards?
The concept board package listed includes two concept boards only. If you would like to purchase additional concept boards for the same space or a new space, you are certainly welcome to do so but will be required to pay the fee stated.
What if I don’t like either concept board provided?
While it is unlikely (we hope) that you don’t like either concept board provided, please contact your designer immediately so that we can make things right.
Do I need to provide measurements of my space?
Providing your designer with measurements of your space will be extremely important so that furnishings and other products sourced will not only fit in your space but be suitable for your space.
Do you visit client’s homes?
We do not visit client’s homes in person as we are strictly an e-design company.
Do you offer discounts for more than one space or service?
Your designer will source products for you that are suitable for your budget. Whenever possible, products that are on sale will be chosen for you without compromising quality.
What if I need assistance assembling furnishings?
We do not offer assembly services, however, it is possible your designer can recommend a company who does or steer you in the right direction of where to find one.
