  • Roots `n Essence is a virtual design service only. No project management included. All suggestions are viewed as recommendations to improve the appearance of your home and not for construction purposes. Please test out all paint colours or wallpapers suggested before committing to buying from vendor.

  • Roots `n Essence is for online design only and does not provide a shopping service. A shopping list is provided for you to have fun with!

  • Roots `n Essence cannot be held responsible if retailers are suddenly out of stock. All product recommendations will be checked before the shopping list is sent and products will not be recommended if they are unavailable at that time.

  • It is out of Roots `n Essence control if product prices have changed after the shopping list has been issued. Again prices will be checked beforehand.

  • Retailer website images and descriptions are not always accurate. This could mean that actual colour may differ from the image or there is missing/incorrect info in the product copy. The products used are recommendations only and it is not Roots `n Essence responsibility if retailer details have changed or are inaccurate. If possible order samples of wallpaper, fabrics to make sure that they are correct.

  • The e-design idea is for decoration purposes only and will not include any unrelated finishes or fixtures unless specified ie. paintwork gloss, light switches, carpet underlay.

  • Wallpaper, fabric, flooring and paint total prices are ESTIMATES. These are calculated on the measurements provided by the client.

  • Roots `n Essence will not be accountable for the means, arrangements or procedures of construction, fabrication, delivery & installation, or safety precautions in connection with the E-Design project; for the acts or omissions of the contractor or any, subcontractor, suppliers or others performing the work on the E- Design project; or, for any failure of them to meet any schedules or completion dates.

  • Roots `n Essence cannot be held accountable for arranging repairs, replacement or freight claims for purchases made in conjunction with recommendations for the E-Design project. 

Kitchen and Bathroom 
Kitchen and bathrooms are included in the floor plan packages but only to explore layout possibilities.  These are not documents to be used during construction, a contractor must be consulted to ensure everything fits correctly.  With E-design there is always a slight possibility that measurements could be slightly different and precision is needed with kitchen and bathrooms. Kitchen and Bathrooms are not included in the sample boards or the full works packages.

***Multiple rooms = discount….up to 15 % for extra rooms or open plan areas. So full price for first room then up to 15% off.*** on second and third.

To give you the best service I only take 4 clients a month. If you are happy to wait I can put you on a waiting list. However you can certainly get the process started by completing the questionnaire and sending inspirational pictures.
